Here’s how to safely send your bouquet to us for preservation:
Stand Your Bouquet Upright
Place the stems through a hole in a small inner box so your bouquet can stand tall inside a larger shipping box. This helps protect the shape of your flowers.Keep the Stems Fresh
Wrap only the bottom of the stems with a slightly damp paper towel, then cover that section with plastic wrap. This gives your flowers a little hydration during travel — just enough!Fill in the Gaps
Use soft, breathable materials like tissue paper, newspaper, or packing peanuts to gently secure the bouquet and prevent shifting. Keep it cozy, not crammed! No Plastic on the Flowers
Please don’t wrap the flower heads in plastic — they need to breathe.Ship with Care
We highly recommend using FedEx Overnight to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time

While the resin used in our creations is UV-protected, some natural yellowing may occur over time. To preserve the beauty of your piece, we recommend displaying it away from direct sunlight and avoiding high temperatures.
This will help maintain the vibrant colors of the flowers and prevent fading, allowing you to cherish your unique creation for years to come

We recommend booking as soon as you have a wedding date and decide you would like your flowers preserved.
We can only take a limited number of bouquets each month, and during the busy season these spots can fill up quickly.

Turnaround time is typically 2-3 months. While some orders may be completed sooner, larger orders or those during peak wedding season may take a bit longer.
Preserving your bouquet with the care and attention it deserves takes time, but rest assured, the final piece will be worth the wait
